New year's dive

Started in 2010 on request, we organised a New Years Dive. Traditionally this happens in the Netherlands at 12pm (lunch time) on the 1st of January where thousands of swimmers dive into the sea to welcome the new year (and perhaps to get rid of the hangover). Offcourse our climate is much friendlier and instead of post dive Erwtesoep, we have a couple of drinks and nibbles on the beach. |
